Advanced Intimate Waxing Training Course

Our Beginners Waxing Training Course is a pre-requirement for this course. Please ensure you've completed this, or equivalent training elsewhere, before booking.

All courses are delivered as 1-2-1 tuition, either at your home, in salon, or at your preferred location across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Our Advanced Intimate Waxing Course is for therapists already trained in warm or hot wax who want to add specialised female intimate waxing to their treatment menu. You'll learn both the practical technique and the theory and safety procedures behind it, to an industry standard — a treatment specialists can charge up to £50 an hour for.

Course Structure

This course runs over one day from 10am – 4pm; please arrive at 9.45am for a prompt start. You'll cover the theory first, then spend the majority of the day practising, with a short lunch break. You'll give and receive intimate waxing treatments as part of the course, so please allow suitable hair growth (at least 0.5cm / 3–4 weeks) beforehand. You'll be taught advanced hot wax technique.

Course Benefits

Intimate waxing is in demand year-round across salons and mobile therapists, with clients typically returning every 3–4 weeks and often sticking with the same therapist due to the personal nature of the treatment. You'll learn both Brazilian and Hollywood techniques, plus the contraindications to check before treating a client.

Course Requirements

You must already be trained and competent in waxing before booking this course. You'll need to bring a model to practise on. Wax kits can be provided on the day, or we can send you a link to purchase your own.

What qualification will you receive?

On successful completion of your training you'll receive a diploma in the treatment. This demonstrates your commitment to the training and allows you to obtain Public Liability Insurance, so you can start offering the treatment to paying clients from home, mobile, or salon.
