Our Advanced Intimate Waxing Course is designed for those who are trained in warm or hot wax and would like to further enhance the waxing treatments able to be offered to clients from home and/or mobile. You will be taught specialized, female intimate waxing treatments and learn the theoretical knowledge, as well as safety procedures involved in practicing these treatments to an industry-standard. A hair removal specialist can command as much as £50 an hour, so this is certainly a lucrative treatment to be able to offer to clients.

Course Structure

This course is structured over one day and runs from 10am – 4pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.45am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch. You will be required to give and receive intimate waxing treatments as part of this course, and therefore be expected to allow hair growth suitable for waxing prior to attending the course. A model will be required to have at least half a centimetre / 3-4 weeks hair growth. You will be taught how to use advanced hot wax.

Course Benefits 

Once you are qualified in warm waxing, you can progress onto our Intimate Waxing Course to expand on the services that you currently offer as a therapist. Using depilatory wax on the pubic/anal area as a method of hair removal, intimate waxing services are in-demand all year round in both salons and therapists working from home or mobile. This service is extremely lucrative with clients returning every 3-4 weeks once regrowth appears, and your clients will want to return to the same therapist every time due to the intimate nature of the treatment. The course will teach you how to carry out both Brazilian and Hollywood waxing techniques, as well as the contraindications prior to giving this treatment. To attend this course, you will need to be experienced in warm waxing techniques and prepared to both give and receive the treatment on the day.

Course Requirements 

Before booking onto this course, you are required to have trained and be competent in Waxing. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments. You will be required to bring a model to practice treatments on. Wax kits can be provided on the day of training or we can send you a link to purchase your own wax kit.

What qualification will you receive?

When you have successfully completed your training course(s), you will receive a diploma in the treatment. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability Insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients from home /Salon/ or mobile.
